Year 7 and Year 10 families are reminded that consent forms for the SCHOOL IMMUNISATION PROGRAM are due back now.
If you haven’t received a consent form, please contact the school. They are available for collection from Student Services at PLHS.
Please return completed consent forms to Student Services ASAP.
