There’s More To Say After “R U Okay?”
Earlier today, PLHS celebrated this year’s R U OK Day, with a variety of activities on offer. Students were invited to wear casual clothes (yellow items were encouraged), with a sausage sizzle, ice blocks and music provided in the Amphitheatre at lunchtime.
Room 23 took advantage of the event by raising funds through the sale of hand-painted potted plants.
This year’s R U OK? message – “There’s More To Say After R U OK?” – focuses on moving beyond the initial question and supporting those around us to seek help.
Congratulations to all involved in the success of today’s event, especially Mrs Sarah Kidd, the SRC and assorted other helpers.
