Lauren’s Community Studies Project Published
For her Community Studies project at our Transition & Learning Centre, Year 11 student Lauren Felger created a children’s book called “My Grandma’s House”. With the support of her TLC teacher, Mr. Sean Osborne, Lauren received a well-deserved A grade for her impressive work.
She then worked with local children’s book author Mrs. Lucy Tarin to prepare the text for publication – we are delighted to announce that this process has been completed, with “My Grandma’s House” now available for purchase through many online retailers, including Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Since the book’s November 20th release date, Lauren has sold several copies in the US and UK.
Congratulations to Lauren, her family, Sean and Lucy on this wonderful achievement.
