Staff Crew Compete in NAIDOC Cook-Off
Well done to the PLHS staff crew who prepared and shared dishes in yesterday’s inaugural NAIDOC Cook-Off in the Specialist Building.
A range of very tasty savoury and sweet treats were offered, all using a native ingredient as the hero of the dish. A number of fortunate staff were able to sample the delicious spread and vote for their favourite dish – due to the very high standard of the entries, there wasn’t a clear winner!
Congratulations to Mr. Brendan Welsh and our Aboriginal Education crew on this wonderful initiative – it is sure to grow in popularity over the coming years.
