School Bus Families to Complete 2022 Application Form
All families wishing to use the school bus service in 2022 are required to complete a “Permission for Transport of Students on a School Bus 2022” application form.
Every student wanting to access the school bus for 2022 MUST complete the form to get a seat – please note, this is for students needing buses who live out of town 5km or more, not the town Tunarama bus. The form can be accessed via the following link:https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=6fS7c4gGRkmuqb0LtA7PB2kWhTY1cIlGszVrpu6SKLxUMEZRUUVWMUFDVlZSWDQ5NzJIOU43Qlo4Uy4u
