Tight Lines for TLC Fishing Crew
A recent fishing expedition saw our TLC students enthusiastically exploring some of our best local fishing spots. The spirit of the group was infectious, with plenty of keen anglers looking forward to both the catch and the camaraderie.
The day’s excitement kicked off early, with Diezel Pitt reeling in the first catch – a fine whiting – which set the tone for the rest of the adventure. Not all catches were record-breakers however, with Quinn Dutschke proudly taking home the “Smallest Fish Award”.
It wasn’t just the fish that made the outing special – the connections formed, the shared laughter, and the abundant sunshine combined to create a memorable experience for all involved. These moments serve as a reminder of the importance of community activities and the value of enjoying the great outdoors together.
A special thank you goes to RecFish SA for supplying the trailer and fishing equipment, ensuring the day ran smoothly and safely.
